Providing you with the support throughout each stage of the design and construction process.
We can offer the full service of architectural design, or just provide stage by stage service to allow that flexibility for the client.
Feasibility Study
This is to give an insight in to the possibilities of your site/property. Identifying potential restrictions and boundaries. Exploring and developing the brief with the client.
Concept Design
We usually provide two to three options initially for concept design. This stage we work with the client to explore design options for the building/site. During this development stage, we can illustrate our designs through 2D floor plans, sections and elevations. Our premium packages include 3D sketches, renders and VR walk through.
Planning
We work with the client and the local authority to submit appropriate applications for a project. We advise the client on what type of permission would be needed and make those applications on their behalf. Heritage sites and buildings require a more robust application due the sensitivities involved. With our expertise we can provide the appropriate advice and application.
Building Regulations
We provide building regulations drawings to submit to building control, we also work with private building control officers that can assist with building notices on some projects. We also work in collaboration with other consultants that is needed at this stage of the process, such as structural engineers, M+E etc. We can advise the client on what is required.
Construction drawings
We provide full package of construction drawings for pricing. This also includes specification of works. We work in collaboration with other consultants and manufacturers to provide a full building design.
Tender
We provide a tender package for contractors and make the appropriate company checks for the client. We manage the tender process and provide a report to the client with returned costs.
Contract Administration
We identify the type of building contract that would be suitable for the project. We then administer this contract throughout the project. Providing onsite inspections, working with the contractors during construction.
Interior Design
We also provide interior design services.
We feel it is important the way the way that a space is dressed is considered throughout. We can assist with your setting for colour, style, materiality, light fittings, art, furniture, etc.
This can be an additional service within the whole project or can be offered as a separate service.
